We have a 30-day return policy, and you canapply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product.
If you want to return the product or thereceived product is damaged, please contact us by email Jtnail@hotmail.com assoon as possible. Any return request needs to be confirmed by us, and we willreply by email.

- Clearly state the reason and quantityyou want to return
- Explain the damage and quantity of thegoods, and provide pictures or videos to prove
- After 30 days, we will no longer acceptreturn applications
- After applying for return, please makesure that the packaging and the goods are intact, and all the goods in thepackage must be returned together (package gift)
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned,like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (suchas special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such asbeauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials,flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions orconcerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received andinspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Ifapproved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company toprocess and post the refund too.
